Samsung Galaxy R, the cheaper version of the Samsung Galaxy S II

Samsung adds to the Galaxy series phone family, Samsung Galaxy R, Android phones glance similar to the Samsung Galaxy S II.

Initially, the Samsung Galaxy R is known as the Samsung Galaxy Z. It presence is touted as inexpensive series of Samsung Galaxy S II. Of course, with reduction in some specifications to ease costs.

If Samsung Galaxy S II use Super AMOLED Plus screen, the Samsung Galaxy R quite pinned Super LCD technology. The processor of Samsung Galaxy R is dual core, but the form of Nvidia Tegra 2 is considered not as strong with Exynos in Samsung Galaxy S II.

Camera resolution is also trimmed. Samsung Galaxy R only carry a 5 MP camera with 720p HD video recording capabilities. While the Samsung Galaxy S II has a 8 MP camera and can record 1080p HD video.
